We craft every piece with care. Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable: Sale items, custom-made, or intimate wear.
To return: Email enquire@sincreations.co.za with your order number within 7 days. Once approved, return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is defective.
Defective/Damaged: Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos for a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

SHIPPING POLICY - SIN CREATIONS
Processing Time: 2-5 business days for in-stock items. 5-10 business days for handcrafted / made-to-order items.
South Africa: Delivery in 2-4 business days via Courier Guy / Pargo. Shipping rate calculated at checkout.
International: Delivery in 5-10 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Sin Creations is not liable for delays caused by the courier company.
